The Wrap Up
At the beginning of October, we all had eyes on the St. George area when they won the vote to Incorporate themselves. They are still an area to watch as they have now been served a lawsuit from the Mayor of Baton Rouge. Time will tell here folks, and we don't see anything being resolved soon. We have also noticed in the Baton Rouge area that people are falling in love with old homes again. I mean, what's not to love? The character and charm are so alluring!
