After living in California for nearly 40 years, we both decided to move back home to Louisiana after retirement. We put our home up for sale and to our suprise it sold the first 15 min on the market.It's panic time because we expected the house would take time to sell because the Claifornia market was on the decline very fast. You did a great job with the sale of our home, but you REALLY set yourself apart from the crowd with the sale of our condo. I’m sure you remember that soon after we listed the condo with you, the credit crunch brought sales of condos to a near standstill in Baton Rouge. I really wanted to move the property and was ready to take drastic measures to do so. You suggested some less draconian alternatives and advised me to be patient. We ultimately were able to sell it without losing any money. That wouldn’t have happened without your sage advice!

As a first-time buyer I was unfamiliar with much of the home-buying process. Kristina guided me through every step and answered all of my questions, no matter how small. She explained everything thoroughly and represented me with energy and warmth. I look forward to working with her again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her.

My home buyers experience was wonderful. Kristina was on top of her job, every question I had she answered and if she could not answer it she did what ever she had to do to get the answer. She was very professional about everything she did. She showed me several homes and not one time did she try to push me to buy unlike some of my other realtors. If I were to buy another house she will be the one to represent me, and I have referred her to my friends.
